1. Definitions

The following terms used on this page carry the meanings defined below—

• "Platform" means the j00 website and all services associated with it.
• "Player" means a natural person who has registered and holds an account on j00.
• "Funds" means the Myanmar Kyat (Ks) balance held in a player's account.
• "Bonus" means a welcome reward or special benefit granted by j00 to players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Deposit / Withdrawal" means a transfer of funds from a player's bank to the platform, or the reverse.

2. Account Registration and Age Requirements

2.1 — Age Requirement

The j00 platform is available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. No underage person may register an account, make a deposit, or play any game by any means. j00 reserves the right to immediately close the account of anyone found to have provided false information during age verification.

2.2 — One Account Per Person

Each player may hold only one account on j00. j00 reserves the right to suspend additional accounts opened by the same person, accounts shared with family members, or additional accounts accessed from the same device or computer.

2.3 — Accuracy at Registration

Players must provide their real name, contact details, and accurate registration information when signing up. Supporting documents will be requested at withdrawal, and j00 reserves the right to decline withdrawal requests from accounts registered with incorrect information.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 — Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

On the j00 platform, you can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals will be returned via the same payment method used for the deposit. Processing normally takes 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, players should be aware that delays may occur due to restrictions imposed by the relevant payment service providers.

3.3 — Withdrawal Limits

Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold while a player's account is under review. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, j00 will conduct a further investigation and notify the player accordingly.

4. Welcome Bonus and Protections

4.1 — Welcome Bonus Offer

j00 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, with a maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks. For example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 20,000 Ks → Balance 40,000 Ks → Wagering required: 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks
• Deposit 220,000 Ks → Bonus 100,000 Ks → Balance 320,000 Ks → Wagering required: 100,000 Ks × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks

4.2 — Wagering Requirement

A 10x Wagering Requirement applies to the bonus amount. This means you must wager the bonus amount 10 times before the remaining bonus balance can be withdrawn. The bonus cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.

4.3 — Bonus Restrictions

• Each player may claim the welcome bonus once only.
• If the bonus is claimed more than once using the same account, IP address, or payment card, j00 reserves the right to void that bonus.
• If players are found to be using reckless betting strategies during bonus play (e.g. opposing bets), j00 reserves the right to void the bonus.
• j00 will notify players separately regarding the bonus validity period.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback

At j00, players can enjoy 5 VIP levels based on their play activity—

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
• Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP level upgrades are determined by j00 based on a player's betting activity and consistent participation. Cashback is generally paid out on Mondays with prior notice. j00 will notify players separately on whether a Wagering Requirement applies to cashback amounts.

6. Unfair Play and Account Closure

6.1 — Prohibited Actions

Players are not permitted to use the j00 platform in the following ways—

• Depositing funds that do not match your own identity (money laundering)
• Using bots or scripts to automate account activity
• Colluding with other players to claim bonuses fraudulently
• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities to obtain funds

6.2 — Right to Close Accounts

j00 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player's account without prior notice — particularly accounts believed to have violated these terms, which may be actioned immediately. Any funds in a closed account will be subject to a thorough investigation before a final decision is made.

7. Personal Data Protection and Security

Do not share your account login credentials (Login ID and Password) with anyone. If you do, you will be solely responsible for any actions carried out by that person.

8. Games and Services

Game results are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator), and j00 guarantees fair gameplay. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, j00 will work to resume play, but losses that occur during that period will not be refunded (each case will be reviewed individually only if the player can show that the issue was not on their end).

9. Limitation of Liability

The j00 platform is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. j00 is not responsible for losses caused by server maintenance, network issues or other factors beyond our control. j00 reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform and will take effect from the date specified.
